USA Hygiene Safety provides general educational information and training.

Participants with medical conditions, injuries, infections, allergies, mobility limitations, dental problems, skin conditions, or other health concerns should consult an appropriate healthcare professional.

Participation in a USA Hygiene Safety class does not create a healthcare-provider/patient relationship.

4. Course Registration

Certain classes may require advance registration.

Participants may be asked to provide information reasonably necessary to:

  • Register for a class;

  • Communicate class information;
  • Process payment, when applicable; or

5. Participants Under 18

Children under 13 should not independently submit personal information through the USA Hygiene Safety website.

7. Certificates and Hygiene Safe™ Credentials

Certificates, training cards, completion records, or other credentials issued through USA Hygiene Safety indicate completion of the specific training or requirements identified on the credential.

A certificate or Hygiene Safe™ credential does not represent:

  • A professional medical license;
  • Government certification;
  • Government inspection or approval;
  • A guarantee that illness, infection, injury, or contamination will never occur; or
  • Qualification to provide professional healthcare services.

Credentials may have specific issue dates, expiration dates, renewal requirements, or conditions of use.

8. Hygiene Safe™

The Hygiene Safe™ name, designation, educational materials, training credentials, signs, graphics, and related program materials may only be used as authorized by USA Hygiene Safety and/or American USA, Inc.

Businesses, organizations, instructors, or individuals may not falsely claim to be Hygiene Safe™, certified, approved, trained, inspected, or affiliated with USA Hygiene Safety.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, content appearing on the USA Hygiene Safety website or in USA Hygiene Safety programs—including written materials, course content, graphics, logos, training materials, handbooks, assessments, certificates, videos, photographs, slogans, and program names—is owned by or licensed to USA Hygiene Safety and/or American USA, Inc.
